Local Parts Pickup NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Pinball Medics is now an online-only parts store.
Effective immediately, Pinball Medics will no longer offer local pickup for parts orders in Ottawa or Montréal.
Following the flooding of our facility, we were forced to reorganize how we store, process, and move parts inventory. As we rebuild and expand our operations moving forward, we are streamlining the parts side of Pinball Medics to operate as an online-only store.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We tried to make local pickup work, but the logistics of preparing, moving, coordinating, and holding parts orders between locations have become too difficult to manage reliably.
Going forward, all parts orders will be processed through our online store and shipped directly to you. This will allow us to keep inventory organized, fill orders more accurately, and get parts out without delays or confusion around pickup arrangements.
Existing Pickup Orders
If you already have a local pickup order waiting, it will be held for two weeks from today. Any order not picked up within that time will be refunded.
What Changes Now
- No local parts pickup in Ottawa.
- No local parts pickup in Montréal.
- All new parts orders must be placed online and shipped.
We appreciate everyone who has supported local pickup over the years. This change will help us keep Pinball Medics focused on getting the right parts packed, shipped, and into machines across Canada as we continue to grow.
