Experience Social Launching May 2026

After more than a decade of building one of Canada’s most active pinball communities, the Ottawa Pinball Arcade by Pinball Medics is expanding into a much larger venue.

Our new space, Experience Social, will open at 250 Greenbank Road in Ottawa, taking over the former Brass Monkey location — long known as one of the city’s best live music venues. We’re excited to carry that legacy forward while evolving the space into something even bigger: a culture-driven social venue built around games, music, and community.

Experience Social will become the new home of the Ottawa Pinball Arcade, combining for one of the best and largest Public collections of Classic & New Pinball Machines as well as Classic Arcade Games in Canada with live music, themed events, and a welcoming social environment.
