New Flagship Showroom, Parts Centre, and Home of the Ottawa Pinball Arcade
Pinball Medics is pleased to announce the development of Experience Social, a new flagship venue that will serve as the expanded home of the Ottawa Pinball Arcade and the central showroom and parts centre for Pinball Medics.
The new location will open at 250 Greenbank Road in Ottawa, occupying the former Brass Monkey venue. The space offers more than 7,500 square feet, high ceilings, ample parking, and a professional stage that will continue to support live music events as part of the venue’s programming.
Experience Social represents the next stage of growth for Pinball Medics and the Ottawa Pinball Arcade community. For more than a decade, the Ottawa Pinball Arcade has operated as one of Canada’s most active public pinball venues. The new location allows the concept to expand into a larger, purpose-built environment designed to support arcade play, live events, and a full showroom experience for customers interested in purchasing machines.
A Flagship Showroom for Pinball Medics
Experience Social will function as the flagship showroom for Pinball Medics, allowing visitors to see, play, and evaluate both new and restored machines in a real-world setting.
Pinball Medics has built a national reputation for servicing, restoring, and supplying pinball machines and parts across Canada. The new facility will also serve as the company’s primary parts distribution centre, giving customers a physical location to browse inventory, arrange repairs, and pick up parts ordered online.
The showroom environment allows customers to experience machines before purchasing, something rarely available in the pinball market.
Partnership with Player One Amusement Group
Experience Social will also feature a Player One showroom presence, showcasing the latest arcade and pinball machines available through Player One Amusement Group, one of the largest amusement operators and distributors in the world.
Through this partnership, the venue will regularly feature new pinball and arcade releases, making it the only place in the region where customers can play many of these machines before deciding to purchase them.
This “play before you buy” model provides customers with a unique opportunity to experience machines in a real arcade environment rather than a showroom floor.
Canada’s Best Public Collection of Pinball Machines
The venue will feature one of the largest public collections of pinball machines and classic arcade games in Canada, curated and maintained by Pinball Medics.
Players will be able to enjoy both vintage and modern pinball machines, along with classic arcade titles and other interactive games. The space will also continue the Ottawa Pinball Arcade tradition of hosting tournaments, leagues, and community events.
A Social Venue Built Around Games and Music
Experience Social is designed to function as more than an arcade. The venue will combine gaming, music, and social gathering space into a single environment.
In addition to pinball and arcade games, visitors will find pool tables, air hockey, foosball, and other classic games. The venue will be fully licensed, offering beverages and light snacks, and will operate with a flexible food model that allows guests to bring takeout from nearby restaurants. Catering will also be available for private events.
The location’s existing stage will continue to support live music programming, along with themed events, video dance nights, and curated music listening sessions.
A New Chapter for the Ottawa Pinball Community
The creation of Experience Social reflects the continued growth of the Ottawa pinball and arcade community. The larger venue allows the Ottawa Pinball Arcade to expand its programming while providing Pinball Medics with a dedicated showroom and parts centre that supports customers across Canada.
The facility will also allow Pinball Medics and Player One to demonstrate new machines and technologies directly to customers and collectors.
Experience Social is expected to become a destination for both local visitors and enthusiasts traveling to Ottawa to experience one of the strongest public pinball collections in the country.
