Once your order is received, Sam from Player One Amusements will personally contact you to:
• Confirm machine availability
• Finalize payment arrangements
• Schedule delivery
• Review any questions regarding installation and ownership
After that, the team at Pinball Medics will handle delivery and installation.
White Glove Delivery – $300
Our White Glove Service includes:
• Bringing the game into your home or business
• Full assembly and setup
• Proper leveling and adjustment
• Internet connection and registration (where applicable)
• Software updates
• New owner orientation and walkthrough

If you do not require White Glove Delivery, your $300 deposit will be applied directly toward the purchase price of your machine.
