All returns/claims must be initiated within five (5) business days of receipt of your order or no replacement and/or refund will be considered.
Only regularly stocked items in new, re-sellable condition are eligible for return.
Upon receipt of the return, you will be issued a refund by the same means as the original payment for the full value of the item.
If we send the wrong item, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
Missing items will not be re-shipped, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded to you if we find reasonable evidence to support your claim.
